BRANDS. BUSINESS. A POINT OF VIEW.THE BRAND THESIS    THINK OUT LOUD

AI + TECH / STRATEGY · THE TAKE

I'm Less Interested in AI Hype Than AI Context

I'm excited by what AI can make possible. I just want us to be more specific about what problem we're solving.

More tools won't automatically lead to better decisions. The context matters: the customer, the channel, the economics, the brand and the constraints no generic prompt could know.

This is particularly true for teams trying to select vendors, interpret performance, or plan campaigns. AI can make work faster, but someone still needs to decide what good looks like.

The advantage won't come from saying we use AI. It'll come from knowing exactly when it helps us make a better call.
